Enhancements & innovation
Throughout the year, we've been investing heavily in our platform, working closely with all of you (our partners) to ensure we address the real needs of the sector. Thanks to your invaluable feedback and collaboration, we’ve launched 24 new features and enhancements to CAS Shield, empowering universities with greater efficiency, insights, and usability.
These advancements exemplify our value of always innovating, leveraging cutting-edge technology to solve challenges and enhance the experience for students and administrators alike. Built by the industry, for the industry, CAS Shield continues to evolve to meet the dynamic demands of higher education.
Key updates include:
- Student file redesign for a more intuitive interface
- Accessibility improvements, including dark mode
- Data Insights updates: Subject trends page
- Market messages unread: efficiency and workflow enhancements
- Interview improvements: request resits and system ensures no one progresses until passport is uploaded
- Messenger UI upgrade and additional audit log enhancements
- Payment integration with TransferMate: the first of its kind, bringing payments directly into the process so those who need to know are informed instantly
Every feature and improvement was built with our core belief in mind: experience matters. These updates ensure smoother workflows and better user experiences, helping you all achieve your goals more effectively.
And we're nowhere near being done! We've got big plans for 2025 and we can't wait to share more with you in the New Year!
Leading the conversation
Some of the highlights for us in 2024 has also been how our data could play a role in informing the nation about the status of the higher education industry. Our contributions to the Migration Advisory Committee (MAC) report provided real-time data that helped safeguard the sector and enable decision-makers to make fully informed, data-backed decisions. It has been a privilege to assist in shaping policies that strengthen the future of higher education.
We were also deeply honoured to see Enroly’s data featured in major outlets such as the Financial Times, THE, and The Guardian. These publications helped bring vital conversations about the sector to a broader audience, and we are grateful for the opportunity to contribute insights that support universities and students.
Building a community
At Enroly, we believe in the power of community and collaboration. This year, we were able to bring all of you together on several occasions such as:
